The restaurant is a spotless, well-staffed establishment. We’ve come to expect nothing less from Teddy’s restaurants and this location delivers in that regard. However, the staff seemed just slightly more tired than the Aiea branch of Teddy’s which usually has employees who are very cheerful, but still were able to provide excellent service.
Service here is fast, which means that even if you get stuck behind a new person who doesn’t know the process of ordering their food from this place, it won’t take long before your turn comes. To ensure that people don’t have to wait too long for their orders and slow down the line in order because they’re inexperienced with how things work at this restaurant or something like that, make sure to study up on what’s available when lining up so you don’t hold everyone else back by not knowing what kind of sandwich best suits them!
