The historic estate which is free to all members of our community as well as tourists visiting from afar may be enjoyed by its audience today with newly-renovated facilities that will offer art enthusiasts an array of exciting opportunities amid stunning Upcountry scenery.
The historic Maui home is an excellent place for a family outing, or even just to escape and relax. The expansive grounds feature 70 different plant species that beautifully fill the gardens with brilliant colors while providing shade from the sun. There are also many opportunities for creative activities such as glass blowing classes and printmaking demonstrations! All of this can be enjoyed in our interactive gallery where you’ll find one-of-a-kind artwork made by local artists!

The Hui is a non-profit organization that provides arts education to the public in order to promote lifelong learning. Programs include art workshops and classes for all ages, lectures about different artists/mediums of art, exhibitions where you can see their work on display for free, events such as artist talks and book signings. Along with these programs, the Hui also offers educational outreach programs that allow them to bring museum exhibits into schools so kids may experience it firsthand without having sacrificed valuable class time while simultaneously being able to learn more.
