Explore West Oahu’s natural and cultural histories through historic sites, stories, people and food for an authentic Hawaiian experience.

Join an interpretive guide that will take you on a journey through time that includes two locations not open to the public. This tour visits sites from sea level to the forested mountains above.

Head to Oahu’s largest organic farm, Mao. Tour Mao Farms and then enjoy lunch on the farm. You’ll also be able to prepare your own farm-to-table salad to go with your sandwich or wrap selection.
Then head to a private trail in the Waianae Range that only Hawaii Forest & Trail has access to for a hike punctuated by natural sounds and sweeping views.
Lunch selections include a choice of a turkey sandwich, Italian sub sandwich, tuna sandwich, or veggie hummus wrap from Kalapawai Market. Also enjoy making a farm to table salad to go with it.
