‘Flow and Go’ is the best of both worlds – a paddling lesson, followed by a SUP yoga class. This experience is suitable for all levels, no experience necessary! We start the session with a brief introduction on the beach, discussing important safety precautions and proper paddle technique. Then we head down to the water and enjoy a leisurely paddle in the calm, protected waters of Ala Moana beach. This is the perfect time to spot turtles and enjoy the morning on the water. Please note we will be in deep water so we will provide lifejackets for anyone who is not a confident swimmer.

After about a 15 minute break, we will begin our SUP yoga class. This class is also designed for all levels, especially beginners. We anchor the boards in waist-deep water and enjoy a playful yoga flow class. We challenge our balance and strengthen our core in our SUP yoga practice. After all our hard work, we enjoy a blissful floating savasana.
