With everything taking place online via Zoom, seniors can conveniently participate in a variety of classes from the comfort of their own homes. Special Interest

  1. Gardening Questions Answered – Thursday, Sept. 14, from 11 a.m. to noon: If you have any questions or need advice on gardening, this is the perfect opportunity to get them answered. Join this virtual class and gain valuable insights from gardening experts.

  2. The Geography of Japan – Friday, Sept. 8, from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.: Discover the rich culture and landscapes of Japan as you delve into its geography. This class will take you on a virtual journey through the beautiful and diverse regions of Japan.

Wellness and Fitness

  1. Fall Prevention Power – Wednesday, Sept. 6, at 10:30 a.m.: Safety is a top priority, especially for seniors. Join this class to learn effective fall prevention techniques and exercises to maintain balance and strength.
