US$250 per person – private lesson with one surfer paired one-on-one with a dedicated instructor.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy – Private Surf Lessons

Our private lessons are often the highlight of a Hawaiʻi trip, and each reserved spot is held just for you. Once we book your instructor, we may have to turn away other guests, so we follow the cancellation policy below:

Cancellations Made 24+ Hours Before Your Lesson
Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled start time and you’ll receive a full refund, with no charges to the card on file.
For example: if your lesson is at 9:00 a.m., you have until 8:59 a.m. (Hawaii time) the day before to cancel and still qualify for a full refund.

Cancellations Within 24 Hours & No-Shows
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your lesson, or do not show up at the scheduled time, the full cost of the lesson (100%) will be charged.
Using the same example, any cancellation after 8:59 a.m. (Hawaii time) the day before a 9:00 a.m. lesson falls inside the 24-hour window and is non-refundable.

Rescheduling Inside the 24-Hour Window
If you wish to reschedule within 24 hours of your lesson time and we are able to accommodate a new slot, a US$90 reschedule fee per person will apply, in addition to the original lesson cost already paid.

Swimming & Safety Requirements
For safety reasons, every participant must be able to swim independently in open ocean conditions without assistance. Smaller-framed guests and children must also be able to manage and control their surfboard with minimal help.

If, upon arrival, it is determined that you cannot safely swim or handle yourself in the ocean, we may need to refuse the lesson. In that case, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation, and all payments made will be forfeited.
