The Show
Start your evening with a true taste of Kauai. Whether you’re celebrating with an intimate group or a larger gathering of up to 20 people, you’ll enjoy a specially curated dinner at Gaylord’s Restaurant at Kilohana, featuring a menu crafted by the talented Chef de Cuisine. Enjoy fresh meats, seafood, and produce, including fruits and vegetables sourced directly from the 60-acre Kilohana Plantation.

As the Kauai skies darken, our cast will take the stage to tell the incredible story of the epic voyage between Hawaii and Tahiti, one of the longest sea routes in Polynesia. Through laughter, fear, seduction, and fire, a new legacy is created, born from the ancestors’ traditions. The theatrical production culminates in a breathtaking fire dream, showcasing fire poi balls and traditional fire knife dancing.

Guests selecting this package will enjoy an elevated dining experience in a relaxed atmosphere. If you would like to add more experiences like the pre-show train ride (additional fee applies), imu unveiling, and craft fair, we recommend booking the regular luau package, which includes a buffet and open bar. Children (ages 2-17) pay the full adult price, and infants (under 2) are free but will not have a seat or meal.

Your pickup time and location details will be provided in your confirmation email. Please ensure you select your hotel and the area of Kauai where you are staying during the booking process.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be provided if cancellation requests are made directly to Luau Kalamaku or your booking agency within 48 hours of your scheduled check-in time. Please contact us by phone or email (for after-hours cancellations). If you booked through a third-party agency, your payment was collected by them, and your refund will be processed directly by that agency. Cancellations outside the 48-hour window or no-shows will incur a full charge.

Group Bookings (20 or more guests)
For groups of 20 or more, whether booked directly or through an affiliate, cancellations made at least 21 days (3 weeks) before the reservation date will receive a full refund. Group size reductions of up to 10% (e.g., 2 guests in a 20-person group) are permitted by this deadline. Cancellations or changes within 21 days of the reservation date are non-refundable.

Trip Protection
Trip Protection is available only for bookings made directly through Luau Kalamaku’s website (www.LuauKalamaku.com) or by calling our reservations team. It does not apply to third-party or agency bookings. Trip Protection must be selected at the time of booking and is non-refundable. It allows cancellation or rescheduling for any reason before 1:30 PM on the day of the luau. Guests will receive a full refund, minus the cost of Trip Protection and any applicable processing or booking fees. Once rescheduled using Trip Protection, the booking cannot be cancelled or refunded again.
