THE SHOW
Unlike traditional luaus, Luau Kalamaku offers an immersive journey through the rich history of Polynesia. While you will enjoy classic elements like ono Hawaiian food, an imu unveiling, Tahitian rhythms, and traditional hula dancing, the real magic happens when you are transported into the world of ancient Polynesia.

Set during the epic voyages between Hawaii and Tahiti, the show unfolds along one of the longest sea roads in Polynesia. Through laughter, fear, seduction, and fire, a new legacy is born from the cherished traditions of the voyagers’ ancestors. The show culminates with a breathtaking fire dream, featuring fire poi balls and traditional fire knife dancing. As the climax builds, characters such as Pele, the fire goddess, Hiiaka, Lohiau the prince of Kauai, and the fire-breathing Moo-dragon women honor Kauai’s rich mythology.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be honored if cancellation requests are made directly to Luau Kalamaku or your booking agency within 48 hours prior to your scheduled check-in time. To cancel, please contact us by phone or email (for after-hours cancellations). If you booked through a third-party agency, your payment was collected by them, and your refund will be processed directly by that agency. Cancellation requests outside the 48-hour window or no-shows will incur a full charge.

Group Bookings (20 or more guests)
For groups of 20 or more, whether booked directly or through an affiliate, cancellations made at least 21 days (3 weeks) before the reservation date will receive a full refund. Group size reductions of up to 10% (e.g., 2 guests in a 20-person group) are permitted by this deadline. Cancellations or changes made within 21 days of the reservation date are non-refundable.

Trip Protection
Trip Protection is available only for bookings made directly through Luau Kalamaku’s website (www.LuauKalamaku.com) or by calling our reservations team. It does not apply to third-party or agency bookings. Trip Protection must be selected at the time of booking and is non-refundable. This option allows for cancellation or rescheduling for any reason before 1:30 PM on the day of the luau. Guests will receive a full refund, minus the cost of Trip Protection and any applicable processing or booking fees. Once rescheduled using Trip Protection, the booking cannot be cancelled or refunded again.
