Cancellation and Refund Policy
Customers are eligible for a full refund or credit if they cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice. In the event that the operator cancels the entire venue dinner and show due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances before it begins, customers will receive a full refund.

If weather or unforeseen circumstances cause a partial or complete interruption to the show, customers will be offered a credit for the value of their booking.

Please note, no-shows or failure to contact us will result in a charge for the full price of the booking.

  • While transportation isn’t included, we provide complimentary valet parking for your convenience. Optional transportation arrangements can be made through our concierge service for an additional fee.
