Please be at the exact pickup location listed in your confirmation email before the scheduled departure time. Keep your phone switched on and nearby so our team can contact you if needed due to timing adjustments or location questions.

If we are unable to reach you and you are not present at the designated pickup point, the tour will continue as scheduled. In this situation, the reservation will be considered a no-show and is not eligible for a refund. Arriving on time helps ensure a smooth experience for both you and the rest of the group.

What to Bring
Wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes for walking and uneven terrain (recommended but optional). Bring sunscreen and water to stay protected and hydrated throughout the day. If you plan to swim, pack a bathing suit, a change of clothes, and a towel.

Light, breathable clothing is ideal for Oahu’s warm tropical climate. For security reasons, only bring items you can carry with you, as belongings will not be left unattended in the vehicle.

Cancellation Policy
With Trip Protection
Cancellations made by phone or email at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour are eligible for a refund, minus a 15% Trip Protection fee.

Without Trip Protection
Cancellations received 72 hours or more before the tour qualify for a full refund. No refunds are issued within 72 hours of the tour start time. For reservations made within 72 hours of departure, guests may cancel within one hour of booking for a full refund. After that window, refunds are not available unless Trip Protection has been purchased.

Rescheduling Policy
With Trip Protection
Guests may reschedule once at no additional cost if the request is made at least 24 hours before the tour. Rescheduling is not permitted within 24 hours of departure, and refunds are not available after a reschedule.

Without Trip Protection
Rescheduling is available at no charge if requested at least 72 hours before the tour. Changes are not allowed within 72 hours, and refunds are not provided after rescheduling.

Private tour reservations may be canceled up to 7 days before the tour date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour are non-refundable.

Deposits
A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is automatically charged 7 days prior to the tour date. Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance receive a full refund, including the deposit. Once the remaining balance has been charged, refunds are no longer available.

Last-Minute Bookings
Private tours booked within 7 days of departure may be canceled within 24 hours of booking for a full refund. After 24 hours, all payments become non-refundable.

Rescheduling
Rescheduling is available at no cost if requested at least 7 days before the tour date and is subject to availability. Reschedules are not permitted within 7 days of the tour, and refunds are not issued after rescheduling.

All Black Friday and promotional purchases are final and non-refundable. Existing reservations cannot be canceled or modified to apply promotional or discount codes. No refunds or changes are permitted during promotional sale periods.
