Special Requirements:

• Diving at certain sites like YO-257 requires ideal conditions due to strong currents.

Restrictions:

• No flying within 24 hours of diving.

• Dive sites are subject to change based on conditions.

Prices:

• Certified Divers (Ages 15+): US$231

• Riders (Ages 16+): US$99

Guest Cancellations:

• Reservations canceled at least 48 hours prior to departure by phone will incur no charge.

• Email cancellations will not be accepted.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure will be charged the full charter price unless trip insurance was purchased.

• No-shows will be charged the full amount.

Trip Protection:
Dive Oahu offers trip protection, understanding that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise.

Charter Alterations or Cancellations:
Dive Oahu reserves the right to alter or cancel charters due to:

• Adverse weather conditions

• Minimum passenger requirements

• Other related factors

In such cases, Dive Oahu is not responsible for any expenses or additional costs incurred due to changes or cancellations. Guests must provide correct contact information to receive updates on any charter alterations.

If only a single dive is completed due to altered conditions, the price of the second dive will be refunded. For breakdown of dive costs, see below.

Marine Life:
Marine life is influenced by ocean conditions, seasonal changes, feeding trends, and other uncontrollable factors. While our crew strives to locate specific ocean dwellers, we cannot guarantee their presence.

We are a leave no trace company and do not permit touching marine life, including turtles. Guests who attempt to touch marine life will be immediately returned to the boat, and the rest of the dive(s) will be forfeited without a refund.

Prices:

• All prices are subject to change without notice.

• In case a single dive is canceled by Dive Oahu due to weather or unforeseen conditions:

  • First dive: $175

  • Second dive: $54

• For 3-tank dive tours:

  • First dive: $192

  • Second dive: $54

  • Third dive: $54

Refunds for partial dives will be calculated based on the above pricing.
