Snorkeling Questions

  • Locations vary based on daily weather and ocean conditions, but typically include Hanauma Bay, Turtle Canyon, or Shark’s Cove. Our guides select the best sites each day for optimal visibility, calm conditions, and marine life encounters. Each location offers unique underwater features and different species viewing opportunities.

  • No prior snorkeling experience is necessary. We provide comprehensive safety briefings, equipment orientation, and in-water assistance for beginners. Our guides stay close to all participants and offer floating devices for less confident swimmers. The tour is designed to accommodate all skill levels safely.

  • Common sightings include Hawaiian green sea turtles, colorful tropical fish like parrotfish and angelfish, moray eels, and various coral species. Seasonal sightings may include dolphins, rays, and monk seals. Each location hosts different marine communities, providing diverse underwater encounters throughout the tour.

  • Typically 45-60 minutes per location, allowing ample time for exploration, marine life observation, and underwater photography. Time may vary based on conditions and group comfort levels. Surface intervals between locations provide opportunities to rest, hydrate, and share experiences with fellow snorkelers.

  • Safety is our priority, so tours may be rescheduled or relocated to protected areas during poor weather. We monitor conditions continuously and have alternative indoor locations or activities available. Full refunds are provided for cancellations due to unsafe conditions that cannot be accommodated with alternative plans.
