Full Refund (100%)

• If you cancel your booking 25 hours or more before the scheduled session, you are eligible for a full refund. Your payment will be refunded in its entirety, with no questions asked.

No Refund (0%)

• If you cancel your booking 24 hours or less before the scheduled excursion, you will not be eligible for any refund. This policy helps compensate our guides for their time and commitment to your excursion.
