• Arrive at the office 45 minutes before your scheduled flight time

Doors Off – Safety Rules
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, the following rules apply:

• Only one camera or phone per person, and it must have a secure strap

  • Camera/phone straps are available for purchase on-site

• No hats allowed

• No purses or bags allowed on the flight

• No loose items in pockets (they may fall out during the flight)

Seating & Booking

• When booking, you will choose “Open Seating” or “First Class”:

  • Open Seating: Seats assigned by staff to properly balance the helicopter

  • First Class: Seated up front with the pilot*

  • *First Class seats are sold only in pairs, with a combined weight limit of 340 lbs for the two seats

Age & Supervision

• Minimum age to fly: 10 years old

• Children 10–14 years must be seated next to a responsible adult

• No lap children allowed – every passenger must occupy a seat and wear a seat belt

Weight Policy

• Passengers over 250 lbs may be subject to a capacity fee

• Passengers over 300 lbs may be required to purchase a comfort seat (an additional adjacent seat)

Cancellation policy

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before tour departure.

• Changes within 48 hours are not allowed; no-shows are charged in full.

Weather policy

• Weather in Hawaii can change quickly.

• The pilot makes the final weather decision up to 15 minutes before flight time.

• If the tour is canceled due to weather, guests may reschedule (subject to availability) or receive a refund.

• If bad weather is encountered during the flight, the pilot may alter the route at their discretion for safety.
