Special Requirements

• 21+ for alcohol consumption onboard

• Bring a signed medical statement if you answer ‘yes’ on the medical questionnaire

• Non-certified divers must bring a medical release if required

• Unaccompanied minors (15+) require signed waivers

Restrictions

• No flying for 24 hours after diving

• Alcohol consumption allowed for 21+ only

Pricing

• 6 guests or less: $1,350 plus tax and optional add-ons

• 49 guests or less: $3,500 plus tax and optional add-ons

Guest Cancellations

• Full Refund: Reservations for Private Charters can be canceled with a full refund if done 5 or more days prior to departure via phone.

• Less Than 5 Days Notice: Cancellations made with less than 5 days notice will be charged the full charter price unless trip insurance was purchased.

• No-Shows: All no-shows will be charged the full charter price.

• Cancellation Contact: To cancel or inquire about cancellations, please contact us by phone at (808) 922-3483. Email cancellations will NOT be accepted.

Trip Protection: Dive Oahu offers trip protection for peace of mind, understanding that emergencies and life happen.

Charter Alterations or Cancellations

• Right to Alter or Cancel: Dive Oahu reserves the right to alter charter details or cancel charters if necessary, due to adverse weather, minimum passenger requirements, or other related conditions.

• Responsibility for Costs: Dive Oahu is not responsible for any expenses or related costs due to altered charter details or cancellations.

• Contact Information: Guests are responsible for providing accurate contact information to ensure they are informed in the event of changes to the charter.

• Partial Dive Refund: If a charter is altered due to adverse weather or conditions and the customer can only complete a single dive, they will receive a refund for the second dive only.

Marine Life

• Unpredictability of Marine Life: The diverse marine life is influenced by ocean conditions, seasonal changes, feeding patterns, and other uncontrollable factors. While our crew makes every effort to locate specific ocean creatures, no guarantees can be made regarding their presence.

• Leave No Trace Policy: We operate as a leave no trace company and do not allow customers to touch marine life, including turtles.

• Immediate Removal: If a customer attempts to touch marine life, they will be immediately returned to the boat, and the remainder of their dive(s) will be forfeited with no refund.

Prices

• Price Changes: All prices are subject to change without notice.

• Single Dive Cancellation: If a single dive is canceled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, the first dive price is $175.00, and the second dive is $54.00.

• 3-Tank Dive Tours:

  • First Dive: $192.00

  • Second Dive: $54.00

  • Third Dive: $54.00

• Partial Dive Refunds: Refunds for partial dives will be calculated as per the breakdown listed above.
