Inclement Weather or Company Closures
Trips will proceed rain or shine. However, tours may be altered or canceled without notice due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances. The company reserves the right to make the final decision and may cancel at any time if conditions are deemed unsafe for the activity.

In case of operator cancellation, customers will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. While we strive to provide advanced notice, cancellations may occur up until the scheduled start time.
