Pickup typically runs between 7:45 AM and 8:00 AM. Later pickups can be arranged if you prefer, but an early start is strongly recommended to beat traffic and avoid peak-time crowds.

Pickup is available directly from your hotel or Airbnb in Waikiki, Ko Olina, or the North Shore. This is a private tour—no shared rides, no added guests, and no strangers. Total tour time is usually about 6–7 hours.

What to Bring
Wear breathable, comfortable clothing and supportive walking shoes. Bring a light jacket or sweater since lookout points can get breezy. Sunglasses, a hat, and reef-safe sunscreen are recommended for sun protection.

Bring a camera or phone for photos, plus cash or a card for lunch and any snacks along the way. You’re welcome to bring a reusable water bottle—refills are provided.

Special Requirements
Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Guests with limited mobility or wheelchair needs are welcome—please let us know ahead of time so we can adjust the route and choose the easiest stops.

Car seats or booster seats can be provided upon request. We can also tailor the day for elderly guests or anyone who prefers minimal walking.

Restrictions
This tour focuses on scenery and cultural stops. Beach time or snorkeling is not included unless requested in advance.

Some locations may include stairs or uneven walkways (such as temple grounds). Guests with medical or health concerns should notify us before the tour so we can plan accordingly.

Extras
Byodo-In Temple entry is $5 per person (optional, but a popular add-on). Meals and snacks purchased at food trucks or local vendors are not included.

If you’d like, we can also add an optional stop at a macadamia nut farm or tropical fruit stand—just request it.

Clean Vehicle Policy
Vehicles are cleaned and sanitized before every tour. Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes are available in the vehicle.

Route and stops may change due to traffic, weather, or your group’s preferences. The tour operates rain or shine unless conditions make travel unsafe. Personal items are your responsibility, and optional activities are participated in at your own risk.

Price
The private tour is $495 total for your group (not per-person pricing). The rate covers up to 5 guests, which works out to around $95 per person when you’re traveling as a group.

Larger Groups
Traveling with more than five people? Groups of up to 12 can be accommodated by upgrading to a larger vehicle, with pricing adjusted based on group size and logistics.

Cancellation Policy
We know travel plans can shift, and we’ll do our best to help when they do.

Changes or reschedule requests can be made at no charge up to 24 hours before your tour start time, based on availability.

Refunds are available only when a cancellation is submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled tour date. Cancellations within 7 days are not eligible for a full refund. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

If you need to adjust your plans, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll try to move your tour to another available date.
