• Please check in 10 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time.

• We aim to arrive early, but occasional delays may occur if other guests are late or difficult to locate. We appreciate your patience!

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your vacation plans. To ensure fair and consistent treatment for all clients, we’ve established the following policy:

• Full Refund (100%): If you cancel your booking 25 hours or more before the scheduled session, you will receive a full refund. Your payment will be refunded in full, no questions asked.

• No Refund (0%): If you cancel your booking 24 hours or less before the scheduled excursion, no refund will be issued. This policy helps compensate our guides for their time and commitment to your excursion.
