• US$139: Adults (Ages 13+) – Standard Seating

• US$119: Children (Ages 3-12) – Standard Seating

• US$20: Lap Child (Ages 0-2) – No lei, drink ticket, or seat included.

Cancellation Policy for Luau Reservations

Individuals and Small Groups (1-10 People):
Reservations must be canceled at least 72 hours (3 days) before the event start time (5:00 PM HST). Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event will not be eligible for a refund.

Group Reservations (10+ People):
All group bookings (10 or more people) are non-refundable starting 7 days (1 week) before the event (5:00 PM HST).

General Terms

• Refunds, when applicable, will be issued through the original payment method.

• Exceptions to this policy may be considered for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, medical emergencies) on a case-by-case basis.

• No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation request.
