Itinerary

• 4:45 pm: Check-in

• 5:00 pm: Luau grounds open; pre-show activities begin

• 6:30 pm: Dinner begins

• 7:30 pm: Show begins

• 8:45 pm: Approximate end time

Check-In Details

• Round-Trip Shuttle Service:

  • From select Waikiki locations: $30 per person. Pick-ups start around 3:30 PM. Be sure to specify your hotel during checkout.

  • Complimentary Shuttle:

  • Available from select Ko’Olina locations. Pick-ups start around 4:00 PM. Please provide your hotel details during checkout.

What to Bring
Don’t forget to bring a light jacket, your photo ID, and lots of aloha spirit!

• Online Reservations: Reservations must be made by 4:00 pm Hawaii Time on the day you plan to attend the Luau. Please refer to our calendar for availability.

• Weather Policy:

  • The show will continue in light rain, and we will provide rain ponchos for all guests.

  • In the event of severe weather that leads to a cancellation, guests will be notified by 3:30 pm.

Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with a 48-hour notice of cancellation. In the event of an operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, customers will also be issued a full refund or credit.
