Set high in the hills with a sweeping view of Honolulu and Diamond Head, the Mauka Warriors Luau invites you into the stories, traditions, and spirit of Polynesia. This luau pays tribute to the often-forgotten warriors of Oahu, blending cultural history with vibrant music, dance, and powerful live performances.

Throughout the evening, you’ll travel across the island nations of Hawaii, Samoa, Tonga, Fiji, Tahiti, and the Cook Islands through song, hula, drumming, and a thrilling fire-knife dance finale. Live reenactments bring ancient warrior history to life in a way that’s both dramatic and deeply meaningful.

Before the show, you’re welcome to join a variety of hands-on cultural activities, including:

• Headband weaving

• Hand-drawn Polynesian tattoo art

• Hula and Maori poi ball lessons

• Kava tasting

• Coconut cracking and shredding demonstrations

• Mini golf

• Island cooking demonstrations

This luau is locally owned and operated by Polynesian community members and U.S. military veterans who share a proud connection to the culture and stories being presented.

Itinerary

• 5:15 PM: Check-in

• 5:30 PM: Luau grounds open and pre-show activities start

• 6:30 PM: Dinner service begins

• 7:30 PM: Main show performance

• 8:45 PM: Luau concludes

What to Bring

A light jacket, your photo ID, and your aloha spirit.

Transportation

Round-trip shuttle service from select Waikiki pickup points is included.
Pickups begin at approximately 4:00 PM.

When booking, enter your hotel or pickup location so we can assign your shuttle stop.

Policies & Notes

• You may cancel up to 24 hours before your luau for a full refund.

• The luau continues in light rain — we’ll provide ponchos if needed.

• If severe weather requires us to cancel, guests will be notified by 3:30 PM.

• Same-day reservations must be completed by 4:00 PM (Hawaii Time).

Cancellations:

Cancellation made 24-hours in advance of the luau date, will receive a full refund. If your cancellation is less than 24 hours in advance, we will not issue you a refund. No shows are non-refundable.
