Itinerary
Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled start time to check in. Staff will have you complete a safety waiver (minors must be signed for by a parent or legal guardian). You’ll be fitted with a properly sized helmet, then given a saddle bag for your phone so your hands stay free.
Shortly before the ride begins, your guide will lead a brief safety talk and demonstration. After that, guests are placed on pre-assigned horses selected based on rider weight—assignments cannot be changed. Once everyone is mounted, your guide leads the group out on the trail for a scenic ride with coastal and valley views.
Along the way, horses may pause briefly—this is normal. Your guide will manage the pace and ensure no one falls behind. Near the end of the ride, you’ll stop at a designated viewpoint for photos and videos. After returning, guests remain mounted until the guide confirms it’s safe to dismount.
Once off the horses, you’ll have a chance to offer treats under the guide’s direction. Staff will also be available afterward to answer questions and assist with any merchandise purchases.
Highlights
This ride takes place in a location that isn’t open to the general public, giving you access to a more secluded trail experience with natural, undisturbed terrain.
