Itinerary

• 7:15 AM – Flight departs to Honolulu International Airport

• 7:55 AM – Arrive in Honolulu and proceed to Baggage Claim

• 8:00 AM – Board car rental shuttle

• 8:30 AM – Pick up rental car and drive to helicopter departure location (approx. 5 minutes away; address provided on your itinerary)

• 9:30 AM – 45-minute Helicopter Tour: full circle-island flight over Oʻahu and Pearl Harbor, including the USS Missouri

• 10:30 AM – Drive from helicopter company to Pearl Harbor (approx. 10 minutes)

• 11:00 AM – Visit the Pearl Harbor Visitors Center

• 12:00 PM – Watch the documentary film and board the Navy boat ride to the USS Arizona Memorial

• 1:30 PM – Depart Pearl Harbor and continue exploring Oʻahu at your own pace (suggested locations below)

• 6:00 PM – Return your rental car

• 7:30 PM – Board flight back to your designated Hawaiian island

  • Available only for tours starting from Oʻahu.

  • You must purchase trip insurance at checkout to qualify.

  • With insurance: cancel at least 72 hours before tour start time for a full refund.

• Tours with Flights (from Maui, Big Island, Kauaʻi)

  • To qualify for a full refund, you must:

    • Add $20 per person trip insurance at checkout, and

    • Cancel at least 72 hours prior to the flight.

  • Without insurance: no refunds for cancellations or no-shows at any time; rescheduling fees may apply; tickets are non-transferable.

• Operational / Stop Closures

  • No specific stop is guaranteed on the day of the tour.

  • Navy/Army operations may close Ford Island or suspend boats to the USS Arizona Memorial without notice.

  • If that happens, guides will adjust the experience in other ways so the tour remains worthwhile.

  • If you do not purchase flight insurance, all flight-based tickets are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation reason or timing.
