• All rebookings are subject to availability and must meet the minimum capacity requirements listed below.

Tour Minimums:

• A minimum of 2 guests is required for the tour to operate.

• If the minimum is not met, guests can reschedule or receive a full refund.

• Cancellations due to low participation may occur up to 1 hour before the tour start time, with advanced notice when possible.

Inclement Weather or Company Closures:

• Tours will run rain or shine.

• All trips are subject to change or cancellation without notice due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

• The company will make the final decision and may cancel at any time if weather conditions are unsafe.

• If the tour is canceled by the operator, guests can either reschedule or receive a full refund.

• Cancellations may occur up until the activity start time, with advanced notice when possible.

• Failure to notify us within 24 hours will result in a charge to the credit card on file for the full cost of the tour.
