• 4:30 PM: Check-in begins

• 7:30 PM: Show concludes

Pricing

• US$159: Adults (Ages 13+)

• US$139: Children (Ages 3-12)

• US$20: Lap Child (Ages 0-2) – No lei, drink ticket, or seat included.

Cancellation Policy for Luau Reservations

Individuals and Small Groups (1-10 People):

• Reservations must be canceled at least 72 hours (3 days) before the event (5:00 PM HST).

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are not eligible for a refund.

Group Reservations (10+ People):

• Group bookings of 10 or more people are non-refundable starting 7 days (1 week) before the event (5:00 PM HST).

General Terms

• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.

• In the case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather or medical emergencies), exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

• No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed within 30 days from the cancellation request.
