Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

• Full Refund: Customers may cancel or reschedule without incurring any fees up to 48 hours before the event to receive a full refund.

• Rescheduling Fee: If cancellation occurs outside of the 48-hour window, customers can reschedule within 7 calendar days for a $25 rescheduling fee.

• Future Booking Discount: If rescheduling is not possible within 7 days, customers may receive a 20% discount on a future booking, provided it is more than 7 calendar days away from the original booking date.
