For any public event booking, customers can reschedule or cancel without incurring fees if done at least 48 hours prior to the event for a full refund. If the cancellation occurs outside of the 48-hour window, customers can reschedule within 7 calendar days for a rescheduling fee of $25. Alternatively, customers may receive a 20% discount on a future booking made more than 7 calendar days from the original booking date.
