Cancellation Policy for Luau Reservations

Individuals and Small Groups (1-10 People):

  • Reservations must be canceled at least 72 hours (3 days) before the event (5:00 PM HST).

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are not eligible for a refund.

Group Reservations (More than 10 People):

  • All group bookings of 10 or more people are non-refundable starting 7 days (1 week) before the event (5:00 PM HST).

General Terms

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be issued using the original payment method.

  • Exceptions to this policy may be considered for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, medical emergencies) on a case-by-case basis.

  • No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

The event is situated in the courtyard on the first floor, where you can spot the bamboo walls surrounding the area. The check-in desk is conveniently located in front of Pandora. If you’re driving to the event, parking is available in the International Market Place parking garage. You’ll receive validation for up to one hour, after which the charge is $2 per hour for the second, third, and fourth hours. Standard parking rates apply after four hours.
