Itinerary:

• Check-in: 30 minutes before departure at the kiosk located along the beach walk at Whalers Village between Leilani’s and Hula Grill.

• Safety Briefing: Brief safety meeting before heading to the beach for boarding.

• Boarding: Shoes will be collected on the beach, and the crew will assist with getting your snorkel gear.

• Snorkeling: Once at the snorkel location, you’ll have plenty of time to explore the vibrant marine life, including turtles, fish, and more.

Check-in Details

• Location: Please check in 30 minutes prior to departure at our kiosk, located at Whalers Village, along the beach walk between Leilani’s and Hula Grill.

What to Bring:

• Towel

• Any other essentials you may need for your comfort.

Special Requirements:

• Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

• Guests 21 and older may enjoy the open bar with valid ID.

Restrictions:

• This is a beach-loading catamaran, so we are unable to accommodate guests with mobility issues.

• Guests will need to be able to walk through sand, enter the water for a few steps, and climb stairs to board the vessel unassisted.

• Swimming Ability Required: All guests must be able to swim. Non-swimmers will not be allowed in the water.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

For Guests with TripSafe Protection:
If you’ve booked directly with Sea Maui and selected the TripSafe option, you can cancel or reschedule for ANY reason up until 30 minutes before departure. Simply submit an email request to info@seamaui.com or call (808) SEA-MAUI no later than 30 minutes before departure. You’ll receive a full refund, minus the cost of the TripSafe protection and any booking fees. You can also choose to reschedule, based on availability.

• Operator Cancellations: If the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

For Guests without TripSafe Protection:
Our cancellation policy for guests without TripSafe is 48 hours prior to departure. To cancel, refund, or reschedule, please call (808) SEA-MAUI or email info@seamaui.com at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within the 48-hour window are not eligible for a refund. No-shows will be charged the full price.

• Private Charters and Special Events: Require 7 days’ notice for a full refund.

• Third-Party Tickets: Third-party vouchers or tickets not sold directly by Sea Maui may have additional restrictions. Sea Maui will work with you and the third party to resolve any issues.
