Departure Details

Our cruise sets sail directly from the picturesque Ka’anapali Beach. Check-in times may vary depending on the season, so please refer to your confirmation email for the exact time. We return to the beach just after the sun sets, providing you with a truly mesmerizing view.

Whale Watching Included: Available from December 15th to April 15th.

What’s Included

When you join us for a cruise, enjoy a full open bar available to guests aged 21 and over (with valid ID). We serve a selection of local and domestic beers, white wine, champagne, bourbon, light and dark rum, and vodka. Plus, our talented crew can craft a variety of cocktails, including Maitais and Maui Mules.

For those preferring non-alcoholic beverages, we offer a refreshing assortment of soft drinks, lemonade, passion-orange-guava juice, and water.

Your Evening Itinerary

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to departure to check in at our kiosk, conveniently located at Whalers Village, between Leilani’s Restaurant and Hula Grill. Once checked in, you’ll attend a brief safety briefing before heading down to the beach. We’ll securely store your shoes while you board the vessel. After you’re settled comfortably, our captain and crew will take you on an unforgettable journey across the water, cocktail in hand, as you soak in the breathtaking views.

Check-in Information

To ensure a smooth experience, please arrive 30 minutes before departure for check-in at our kiosk located along the beach walk at Whalers Village. You’ll find us conveniently between Leilani’s Restaurant and Hula Grill.

Important Restrictions

Due to the nature of our beach-loading catamaran, we regret that we cannot accommodate guests with mobility challenges.

Guests Who Have Selected TripSafe Protection

If you’ve booked directly with Sea Maui and opted for the TripSafe protection, you’re covered! You can cancel or reschedule your tour for any reason up to 30 minutes before your scheduled departure. Simply send an email to info@seamaui.com or call (808) SEA-MAUI within 30 minutes of departure, and we’ll refund the full booking amount (minus the cost of TripSafe protection and applicable booking fees). Alternatively, you can choose to reschedule your tour, subject to availability. In the event of operator cancellation due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Guests Without TripSafe Protection

For guests who did not select TripSafe, our cancellation policy requires at least 48 hours’ notice prior to departure to cancel, receive a refund, or reschedule. To do so, please call (808) SEA-MAUI or email info@seamaui.com at least 48 hours before your tour. Unfortunately, once within the 48-hour window, no refunds will be granted. No-shows will be charged the full price of the booking. For private charters and special events, we require 7 days’ notice for cancellations and refunds. Please note that third-party tickets or vouchers not sold by Sea Maui may have additional refund restrictions, which are beyond our control. While Sea Maui is not responsible for third-party payments, we will work with you and the vendor to resolve any issues to the best of our ability.

Add TripSafe to Your Booking

If you’d like to add TripSafe protection to your booking, it’s easy to do! Regardless of how you booked, just call (808) SEA-MAUI at least 48 hours prior to your tour, and we’ll add it for you.

Private Charters & Special Events
