All lessons are conducted in the calm, shallow waters of Makena Bay in South Maui, offering a safe and beautiful environment. While you swim like a mermaid, you’ll also dive into rich maritime folklore, hearing about sailors’ tales, mermaid legends, and stories of long-lost sea creatures—all against the backdrop of breathtaking views of Haleakala, Molokini, Pu’u O’lai, and surrounding islands.

This adventure is ideal for all swimmers over 6 years old, who are comfortable in the ocean. Our smallest tail is available in children’s size 6, and our monofins start at children’s size 1-4 (Junior 9-13) with foam inserts.
