This package includes round-trip inter-island flights to Oʻahu, a rental car for the day, and a 45-minute helicopter tour over Oʻahu and Pearl Harbor. You’ll have the flexibility to explore Pearl Harbor and other historic and scenic sites at your own pace before taking to the skies for a unique aerial perspective.

Itinerary

• 7:15 AM – Flight departs to Honolulu International Airport

• 7:55 AM – Arrive in Honolulu and proceed to Baggage Claim

• 8:00 AM – Board the car rental shuttle

• 8:30 AM – Pick up your rental car and drive to the helicopter departure location (about 5 minutes away; address provided in your itinerary)

• 9:30 AM – 45-minute helicopter tour: complete circle island of Oʻahu with flight over Pearl Harbor and the USS Missouri

• 10:30 AM – Depart the helicopter company and drive to Pearl Harbor (about 10 minutes)

• 11:00 AM – Visit the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center

• 12:00 PM – Watch the documentary film and board the Navy boat ride to the USS Arizona Memorial

• 1:30 PM – Depart Pearl Harbor; you may choose to visit additional sites on your own (time and logistics permitting). Suggested locations (all visible during the helicopter tour):

Check-in details
Customers must check in at Kahului Airport (OGG) early enough to board their morning flights to Oʻahu. Detailed check-in instructions, including flight times and meeting points, are provided after booking.

Special requirements

• All visitors must pass through security at Pearl Harbor; bags are not permitted inside the Visitor Center (paid storage is available outside).

• Each passenger’s body weight must be provided in advance for helicopter weight and balance/seating arrangements.

Restrictions

• No bags allowed inside the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center.

• Helicopter weight limits and seating balance rules apply; guests exceeding set limits may be required to purchase an additional seat.

Disclaimers

• Inter-island flights are non-refundable once ticketed.

• The tour itinerary may vary based on flight changes, helicopter scheduling, weather, or operational conditions.

• US$189.50 – Mandatory Comfort Seat (required for any passenger weighing over 240 lbs to accommodate additional weight and space)

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 100% Full Refund Option (Oʻahu-originating tours)

  • Available for tours starting from Oʻahu.

  • Tours that include flights must purchase trip insurance to qualify.

  • To receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 72 hours before the tour start time.

• Operational Changes & Closures

  • No specific stop is guaranteed to be operating on the day of your tour.

  • Navy and Army operations may cause closure of Ford Island or suspension of boats to the USS Arizona Memorial without notice.

  • If this happens, guides will adjust the experience in other ways so the tour remains worthwhile.

• Pearl Harbor Tours with Flights (from Maui, Big Island, Kauaʻi)

  • Can qualify for a full refund if:

    • Guests add the US$20 per person insurance at checkout, and

    • Cancel at least 72 hours before the flight time.

• If Flight Insurance Is NOT Purchased

  • No refunds for cancellations or no-shows at any time after purchase.

  • Rescheduling may be possible, but rescheduling fees can apply.

  • Tickets are non-transferable.
