Itinerary:

• Check-in & Introduction: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time at The Maui Pineapple Store.

• Pineapple Operation Tour: Learn about the growing process, cultivation methods, and the history of Maui Gold Pineapples.

• Free Pineapple: Each guest will receive a Maui Gold Pineapple, pre-packed and ready for travel.

Check-in Details:
Please arrive at the Maui Pineapple Store 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time with your waivers signed. Parking is available on-site and across the street.

What to Bring:

• Closed-toe shoes

• Light layers (weather can vary)

• Sunscreen and bug spray (as this is an outdoor tour)

Special Requirements:

• All changes to group size or re-bookings must be made with 24 hours’ notice.

Restrictions:

• Minimum age requirement is 3 years old.

• Guests must be able to get on and off the bus (3 large steps) approximately 3 times and stand for about 20 minutes at a time.

• There is a short section where you will walk through the packing plant on flat, level ground.

• There is no room on vehicles for storing mobility aids.

In case of inclement weather, the operator may cancel the tour, and you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Pricing Information:

• Adults (Ages 13+): $95

• Children (Ages 3-12): $75

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• You may rebook or cancel your reservation for a full refund up to 24 hours before the tour departure time, or if the tour is canceled by the operator due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. To inquire or cancel, please contact us by phone, email, or website chat.

• Refunds or rebookings will not be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour departure, no-shows, or groups arriving with children under 3. No exceptions will be made.

Trip Protection:

• If you have purchased Trip Protection, you may cancel or reschedule your Pineapple Tour at any time and for any reason, up to 30 minutes prior to the tour start time.

• You will be reimbursed for the full amount of each ticket, minus the cost of trip protection and processing fees.

• Cancellations made within the 30-minute period will follow the standard cancellation policies.
