How to Cancel Your Booking

To officially cancel your tour or vacation package, you must receive confirmation of your cancellation request from our team either by email, phone (with a live agent), or online chat.
Please note that leaving a voicemail does not count as formal notice of cancellation.

Our customer service team will respond as quickly as possible to confirm and process your request. However, cancellations made within 72 hours of your tour or activity are non‑refundable.

Important: For any tour that includes a flight, purchasing cancellation insurance is required to qualify for a refund.

Tours Without Flights

For Road to Hana and other land-based tours departing from Maui:

• Date or tour changes: No fee, subject to availability.
• Request for refund (outside 72 hours): Full cash refund.
• Cancellations within 72 hours: No refunds will be issued.

Tours With Flights

For inter-island air tours or Oahu tours departing from Maui, Big Island, or Kauai:

• Airline change fees: May apply (up to $100 per person); currently waived by most airlines.
• Refund requests (outside 72 hours): Receive a full credit for a future tour.
• Refunds (with travel insurance): A cash refund is available if you purchased travel insurance during booking.
• Cancellations within 72 hours: No refunds are provided.

Vacation Packages

Our 4‑, 7‑, 9‑, and 12‑night Hawaii vacation packages automatically include cancellation insurance with every booking.

• Receive a full refund (minus the insurance policy fee) listed on the product page.
• Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before departure to qualify.
• Group bookings (6 guests or more) must cancel no later than 7 days in advance.

Groups of Six or More

Groups of six or more travelers may have different cancellation terms or additional fees depending on the specific tour.
