Customers are eligible for a full refund or credit if they cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice. In the event of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, customers will also receive a full refund or credit. Customers may choose to rebook their reservation 48 hours or more in advance, though pricing differences may apply. No-shows will be charged the full price.
Our events are designed for children ages 5-14, though families with children outside this range are welcome. Movie selections and activities are geared toward this age group, and we provide accommodations for younger children including quiet areas and changing facilities.
The dinner package includes kid-friendly meals and beverages, but you’re welcome to bring special items for dietary restrictions or comfort foods for picky eaters. Please check with staff about any outside food policies, as we aim to accommodate family needs while supporting local vendors.
We have designated play areas and quiet zones where children can take breaks, and staff can suggest activities to help restless kids re-engage. The outdoor setting naturally accommodates some movement, and we understand children’s attention spans vary throughout the evening.
We carefully select family-friendly movies with appropriate content for mixed age groups. Movie ratings and brief content descriptions are provided in advance so parents can make informed decisions about their children’s participation. Alternative activities are available for children who might not be interested in the featured film.
Bring comfortable clothes and light layers for temperature changes after sunset. We provide seating, but personal blankets or cushions add comfort. Bug spray is available on-site, and don’t forget cameras to capture your family’s special Hawaiian movie night memories!
