If your cancellation request is made within 72 hours of your tour start time, no refund will be available under our standard policy.

Tours That Include Flights

For all tours involving scheduled flights, including helicopter, inter‑island, or Oʻahu combination tours, the following applies:

• Cancellation insurance is required to qualify for any refund.
• Flight‑based tours may incur up to a $100 per person airline change fee (currently waived by most airlines).
• Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance receive a full future credit or a cash refund if cancellation insurance was purchased.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of departure are non‑refundable.

Tours Without Flights

For Road to Hāna tours and other non‑flight experiences originating from Maui:

• No fee for date or tour changes, pending availability.
• Full cash refund for cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance.
• No refunds for cancellations or changes within 72 hours of the scheduled start time.

Vacation Packages

Our 4‑, 7‑, 9‑, and 12‑night Hawaiian vacation packages include built‑in cancellation insurance with every booking.

• Guests receive a full refund minus the insurance policy fee (listed on the relevant product page).
• To qualify, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled departure.
• For groups of six or more, cancellations must be made at least seven (7) days in advance.

Groups of Six or More

Groups of six or more travelers may have customized cancellation policies or extended notice requirements.
