Tour Check-In Information

Morning Tour on the Amelia K:

• Check-in: 7:30 AM

• Departure: 8:00 AM

Afternoon Tour on the Amelia K:

• Check-in: 1:30 PM

• Departure: 2:00 PM

Important Information:
The Amelia K is the only vessel departing from Port Allen in Eleele, located about 15 minutes southeast of Waimea by car. If you’re traveling from the area, please allow sufficient time for your journey. Additionally, four of our other vessels depart from Kikiaola Boat Harbor.

Restrictions:

• Children must be at least 4 years old to participate.

Extras:

• Pregnancy Policy: Pregnant guests are welcome only with an approved doctor’s note. The maximum allowed pregnancy term is 22 weeks, and this policy applies during the summer months only. Please call to book in advance.

Cancellation Policy:

To ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, we offer a full refund if cancellations are made within the following timeframes:

• Parties of 6 or less: Cancel at least 48 hours in advance.

• Parties of 7 to 10: Cancel at least 72 hours in advance.

• Parties of 11 or more: Cancel at least 96 hours in advance.

• Private Charters: Cancel at least 168 hours (1 week) in advance.

Important Notes:

• No-shows will be charged the full price of the booking.

• Last-minute cancellations (including for illness, injury, etc.) will not be refunded.

• If you wish to reschedule or make changes at the last minute, a rebooking fee of 50% of the original reservation cost will apply.
