For groups of 3 or more with an average weight of 200 lbs or more, an additional seat must also be purchased.
These weight restrictions are in place for the safety and comfort of all passengers.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds or rescheduling within 48 hours of the scheduled flight time.
For groups of 12 or more, a 7-day notice is required for cancellations or changes.
Operator Cancellation: Customers will receive a full refund or credit if the operator cancels the tour due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
No-shows will be charged the full price of the tour.
