If you need to cancel, please do so at least 7 days before your scheduled tour to receive a full refund.

For groups of 6 or more, or those booking helicopter tours, additional cancellation fees may apply. You will be notified about these fees before final confirmation.

Refund Policy:
Requests for refunds made 72 hours or more before your tour or activity will be fully refunded.

However, cancellations within 72 hours of the tour start time are non-refundable, and no-shows will not receive a refund. If you need to change your tour date or activity, there is no additional charge as long as the new date or activity is available and falls outside the 72-hour cancellation window.

Half-Day Tour Details

  • A: You will meet your private guide directly at the activity location. Each activity has a designated meeting point, which is usually in a central area. We will provide detailed, easy-to-follow directions to ensure you can find the location without any hassle.

  • For this tour, you can join us if you can meet us at a more central location, such as Kapaa (if heading North or East) or Koloa or Lihue (if heading South or West). Unfortunately, we do not offer pickups from North Shore resorts, but we can arrange pickups from the south side of Kauai or Lihue town.

  • For the half-day sightseeing option, you can choose to add exciting activities like a 45-50 minute helicopter ride, a 3-hour mountain tubing adventure with lunch, a 2-hour ATV tour, or a 3-hour zipline experience. These activities are operated by third-party vendors. For the full-day sightseeing option, the only additional activity available is the 45-50 minute helicopter ride.

  • Absolutely! Even within the half-day timeframe, we can customize your experience based on interests such as photography, cultural sites, or scenic viewpoints. Your private guide will suggest the best options for your available time.

  • We monitor cruise ship arrivals and offer flexible rescheduling if your ship is delayed. Our customer service team tracks ship movements and will contact you with updated departure times to ensure your private tour experience isn’t compromised.
