Itinerary:

8:00 AM – Pickup at your hotel or resort (select areas)
9:00 AM – Begin your tour around Hanapēpē
10:00 AM – Explore Waimea Canyon State Park
11:00 AM – Stop at multiple overlook points for stunning views
12:00 PM – Head into Kōkeʻe State Park and stop for lunch (on your own)

Check-in Details:

Guests may be picked up from their accommodation by the guide, or they will need to check in at a safe location nearby. Please refer to your confirmation email for detailed check-in instructions.

If you have any special needs or requirements, please provide the information during checkout. This will allow us to make proper arrangements and inform you if there is an additional service fee before confirming the booking.

Restrictions:

Swimming is not permitted on private tours.

Disclaimers:

Sales are final for tours starting within the next 72 hours. Please ensure all information is correct before checking out.
Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to your scheduled tour.
Additional Fees: Groups of 6 people or more, or those booking helicopter tours, may incur additional cancellation fees. These will be communicated to you before the tour.

US$1,900 for Larger Groups (up to 14 participants)

Refund Policy:
Requests for refunds made 72 hours or more before your tour or activity will be fully refunded.

However, cancellations within 72 hours of the tour start time are non-refundable, and no-shows will not be issued a refund. You can change your tour date or activity at no additional charge, provided the new date or activity is available outside of the 72-hour cancellation window.

Private Tour Information

Where do we meet our guide for a ½-day private tour that includes an activity?
A: For half-day private tours with an activity, you will meet your guide directly at the activity site. Each activity has its own meeting point, so you’ll need to make your way there on your own. Most locations are centrally located, and we’ll send you clear, step-by-step directions in advance.
We’re staying in Princeville. Can we be picked up from there, and are we still able to do this tour?
A: Yes, you can still join the tour, but you’ll need to meet us in a more central location such as Kapaa (for North or Eastbound tours) or Koloa or Lihue (for South or Westbound tours). Unfortunately, we do not offer pickups from North Shore resorts. Pickup services are only available from the south side of Kauai or from Lihue town.
What activities can we add to a private tour?
A: For our ½-day sightseeing private tour, you can choose from several add-on adventures: a 45–50 minute helicopter flight, a 3-hour mountain tubing experience with lunch, a 2-hour ATV tour, or a 3-hour zipline tour. These activities are operated by trusted third-party partners.
On our full-day sightseeing private tour, you may add only the 45–50 minute helicopter ride as an optional activity.
Are meals included in the private tour experience?
Yes, private tours include gourmet dining experiences at premium restaurants or exclusive picnic locations. We accommodate all dietary restrictions and preferences with advance notice, ensuring every meal enhances your luxury experience.
