• Cancellation Policy

  • No refunds or rescheduling are allowed within 48 hours of your flight time.

  • For groups of 12 or more, at least 7 days’ notice is required for any changes or cancellations.

• Flight Routes & Weather

  • Routes and sightseeing locations may change depending on weather conditions. Your safety and comfort always come first.

• Check-in Requirement

  • Check-in is required 30 minutes before all flight departures. Please arrive on time to avoid delays or penalties.

• Weight & Extra Seat Policy

  • An additional seat must be purchased at booking in any of the following cases:

    • Any single passenger weighing 240 lbs or more

    • Any two passengers with a combined weight of 420 lbs or more

    • Groups of 3 or more with an average weight of 200 lbs or more

  • These requirements are in place for the safety and comfort of all passengers.

Restrictions

• Any child who has turned 2 years old must have their own paid seat.

  • Children under 2 years are considered lap children.

• If any passenger is under 10 years of age, the doors must remain on for the flight.
