Check-In Details

Location:
Check-in is located behind 5-5088 Kuhio Hwy.
Look for the entrance between ‘Ohanalei and HIC Surf, and follow the signs to HANALEI CHARTERS PARKING.

Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by one of our crew members who will provide you with a dry bag to store any personal belongings you’d like to bring aboard. After check-in, you’ll be escorted to the Hanalei River mouth, where your captain will be waiting. From there, you’ll board our small shuttle boat for a peaceful ride out of the river and into Hanalei Bay, where you’ll step aboard one of our custom-built Adventurer vessels to begin your tour.

Important Note:
Check-in begins promptly at the scheduled time. If you arrive late and miss the tour, no refund will be issued. Please ensure you arrive early to ensure a smooth and stress-free start to your adventure.

• A good attitude! (Always the most important item to pack!)

• Towel for post-dive or swim refreshment

• Non-aerosol, reef-safe sunscreen (help us protect the ocean!)

• Light jacket for comfort on the water

• Camera to capture the stunning views

Cancellation Policy – No Exceptions

Tour Cancellations by Us:
If we have to cancel your tour due to hazardous ocean conditions or low passenger count, we will do our best to help you reschedule. If rescheduling isn’t possible, you’ll receive a full refund.
Note: All re-bookings are subject to availability.

Cancellations by You:
If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, we require notice based on the total number of people in your booking (not the number you are modifying or canceling). Here are the timeframes:

• 1-4 people: 48 hours’ notice

• 5-7 people: 72 hours’ notice

• 8-10 people: 96 hours’ notice

• 11+ people: 1 week notice

• Private charters: 2 weeks notice

Late Arrival:
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your check-in time. Missing the tour due to a late arrival is non-refundable.
