Check-In Details

• Your ticket time is your check-in time. Please allow yourself an additional 5-10 minutes to find the check-in spot (the harbor is not well lit, so be sure to follow the directions provided in your confirmation).

What to Bring

• Swimsuit (Please put it on before departure)

• Change of clothes

• Towel

• Warm long-sleeve jacket or sweatshirt

Special Requirements

• Previous swimming and snorkeling experience is required. You will not be able to enter the water without it.

• Must be comfortable in the water and able to use flotation devices if necessary (a Ride Along option is available for non-swimmers).

• You must be in good health and physical condition, and able to climb a short ladder.

• Intoxication: Due to the nature of this tour, the operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If the tour is canceled as a result, no refund will be issued.

• Weather conditions: The tour is subject to favorable weather. If canceled by the operator, you will be given the option of rescheduling or a full refund.

• Age restrictions: Minimum age is 2 years old, and maximum age is 80 years old (unless approved by the supplier).

Restrictions

• Not recommended for travelers with heart problems or other serious medical conditions.

• Not recommended for participants with back or neck problems or injuries within the last 3 years.

• Not recommended for pregnant travelers in an advanced stage of pregnancy.

Pricing:

• US$125 – Adults (Ages 12+)

• US$105 – Children (Ages 5-11)

• US$40 – Infants (Up to 4 years old)

• US$85 – Ride Along (Non-swimmers, Ages 4+)

Cancellation Policy:

• Customers will receive a full refund if they cancel with 48 hours’ notice.

• Customers will also receive a full refund if the tour is canceled by the operator due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

• No-shows will be charged the full price.
