Changes and Cancellations:

• Standard individual trips and classes (Jan. 6 – Dec. 19): Changes and cancellations can be made with a full refund up to 24 hours before the trip.

• Standard individual trips and classes (Dec. 20 – Jan. 5): Changes and cancellations can be made with a full refund up to 48 hours before the trip.

• Organized group bookings: Changes and cancellations must be made 30 days in advance.

• Pelagic Magic Dives: Changes and cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance.

• Kids Camps: Changes and cancellations must be made 7 days in advance.

• Professional Level Dive Courses: Changes and cancellations must be made 30 days in advance.

• Private Charters and Group Events: A 10% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due and non-refundable 30 days prior to the Private Charter.

Alcohol and Drug Policy:

• People under the influence of alcohol or drugs should not dive or snorkel.

• Your reserved space may be canceled with no refund if you arrive under the influence.

• A standby pass may be issued for use at a later time.

• If you drink, you’re dry.
