Check-In Details:

• Weather: We run the tour even if it’s raining (unless it affects safety).

• Minimum Guests: A minimum of six guests is required for the charter to run. If we don’t meet the minimum number of guests, we’ll offer you the option to rebook for a different day, or you can opt for a full refund.

  • Alternatively, you can purchase additional seats to meet the minimum and turn the tour into a private experience for you and your group.

• International Numbers: We can only contact you via the email you’ve provided. Please check your email regularly for any important information about your trip. We are not responsible if we are unable to contact you for any critical updates regarding your booking.

What to Bring:

• Swimsuit (Please arrive wearing it)

• Towel

• GoPro (optional, for capturing the experience)

Special Requirements:

• A parent or guardian must accompany and supervise anyone under the age of 18.

Restrictions:

• Swimming Skills: Swimming skills are required for all guests, as this is a nighttime open ocean activity. You should be able to swim 50 yards without flotation assistance.

• Previous Snorkeling Experience: Intermediate snorkeler skills are required. If you’re new to snorkeling, we recommend joining a daytime charter to refine your skills first.

• Non-swimmers or riders are not permitted on this tour.

• Children (under 18): Must be at least 5 years old, demonstrate strong swimming ability, and be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• English Requirements: Everyone in the group must be able to understand and converse in English for safety instructions.

• Pregnant Women: Due to the adventurous nature of the boat ride, pregnant women are not permitted to participate.

• Back or Neck Issues: Those with recurring back or neck pain are not allowed to join.

• Shoulder Issues: Guests with shoulder issues (especially recurring dislocations) cannot participate as you’ll be lying prone in the water with your arms outstretched for 30-40 minutes.

• Weight Limit: There is no weight restriction, but guests must be able to physically and safely maneuver on and off the vessel without assistance. This tour is not recommended for those over 300 lbs due to the physical exertion involved in snorkeling and the boat ride.

• Health Considerations: This activity can be stress-inducing and is not recommended for those with heart conditions, high blood pressure, or severe asthma.

• Life Vests: A life vest is not a replacement for swimming ability. If you require a life vest to be in the ocean, this tour is not suitable for you, and you will be turned away. Safety is our primary concern.

Disclaimers:

• Wildlife sightings are often spotted, but never guaranteed.

• We cannot guarantee whale or manta ray sightings. While we’ll do our best to find them, keep in mind that whales and manta rays are wild animals in their natural environment. Their movements and behaviors are not influenced by our schedules or desires.

Pricing:

• US$209 – People (Refundable): Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the start of the trip

• US$199 – People (Non-Refundable): This rate is NON-REFUNDABLE

Refundable Ticket:

• Cancellation: Full refund if canceled up to 48 hours before the trip.

• Rebooking: Free rebooking if done up to 48 hours before the trip.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours before the trip’s start. Reservations made within 48 hours are not eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Ticket:

• Cancellation: No refunds.

• Rebooking: Rebooking allowed up to 48 hours before the trip.

Trip Protection for Refundable Tickets:
If you purchased trip protection, your cancellation window is extended up to 12 hours before the start of the trip. You’ll be fully refunded (minus trip protection and any applicable fees).

Important Notes:

• We adhere to our cancellation policy regardless of circumstances to maintain fairness to our employees and other guests. We recommend traveler’s insurance for unforeseen issues such as illness, flight delays, weather, or other travel disruptions that may prevent you from attending.

• What if we cancel?
  We reserve the right to cancel for reasons including weather, ocean conditions, passenger count, mechanical issues, or safety concerns for you, our guests, and our crew. We’ll try to reschedule based on availability or issue a full refund.

Double Check Your Dates Before Completing Your Booking!
If you book the wrong date and do not contact us more than 48 hours in advance, no rebooking or refund will be offered.
