Check-in Details:

• Check-in Time: Starts 30 minutes prior to boarding at 1085 Ala Moana Blvd, Suite 103, Honolulu, HI 96813.

• Location: Upon entering the harbor, we are in a one-story building directly across from Pier F (closest to Ala Moana Blvd).

• Documents: Please have your IDs and any applicable tickets/documents ready at check-in.

• Ensure any waivers and documents communicated via email are completed before check-in.

Special Requirements:

• All public cruises are 21+ to consume alcohol.

Health & Safety:
Your health and safety are our top priority. We have implemented special measures to ensure that all guests stay safe throughout the activity.

Please listen carefully to the captain, crew, and DJs as they make important safety announcements during the event.

• Adults: US$55

• Gift Voucher: US$1 (Must present voucher upon check-in)

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

• For any public event booking, customers may cancel or reschedule without incurring fees up to 48 hours before the event to receive a full refund.

• For public cruise guests, if cancellation occurs outside of the 48-hour window, customers may reschedule within 7 calendar days for a rescheduling fee of $25.

• Alternatively, customers can receive 20% off a future booking scheduled more than 7 calendar days from the original booking date.
