Cancellation & Refund Policy

We know travel plans can shift, and we do our best to be flexible while still keeping our schedule and crew prepared. Please read the policy below before booking. These terms apply to every reservation and are enforced without exception.

For Standard / Regular Tours

Free Cancellation
You may cancel at no cost if you contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled check-in time.
Example: If your check-in time is 8:30 AM (Hawaii time), you must cancel no later than 8:29 AM the previous day.

Late Cancellation or No-Show
If you cancel within 24 hours of check-in or you do not show up on the day of the tour, the full price of the tour will be charged. This is time-based down to the minute — an 8:30 AM check-in means you must cancel by 8:29 AM the day before to avoid charges.

For Private Charters

Free Cancellation
Private charters may be canceled at no charge if you cancel at least 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled check-in time.
Example: If your check-in time is 8:30 AM, you must cancel by 8:29 AM three days before.

Late Cancellation or No-Show
If you cancel within 72 hours of check-in or you do not arrive for your charter, the full charter rate will be charged. As above, timing is exact to the minute.

Arriving On Time

Our departure point is located on the far west side of Kekaha. Traffic can be heavy, especially during busy seasons, and delays are common.

Your arrival is your responsibility.

🚗 Plan extra drive time.
If your map app shows a 1-hour drive, we strongly suggest allowing at least 1 hour 30 minutes. Unexpected congestion, parking, and check-in all take time.

Other Important Conditions

⚠ Late Arrival
If you arrive after the tour has already begun and joining you would interrupt the trip for guests who arrived on time, this will be treated as a same-day cancellation. No refund will be issued.

⚠ Choosing Not to Participate at Check-In
If you check in and then decide not to go (for any reason, including personal comfort level, motion concerns, etc.), that is considered a same-day cancellation. No refund will be issued.

Agreement to Terms

By booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this cancellation policy.
These terms are shown during booking, included in your confirmation email, and repeated in your reminder email before the tour.
