Special Instructions
Where and When
Arrival: You will be met as you exit your flight. The sign will say “Cheaphawaiian”. The representative will be in a yellow Aloha shirt. If the representative is not at baggage claim, pick up a courtesy phone and let them know you need Cheaphawaiian and your location.
Restrictions
Please contact us if anyone in your party has special needs. If you require an ADA lift bus, we do require at least 48 hours notice to secure availability.
