Take your Oahu holiday to the next level with Polynesian Cultural Center’s all-day packages, including many activities in one!
Ali'i Luau Package (Self-Guided)
You came all the way to the land of Aloha to relax and have fun, so make the best out of it. Whether you are a family, honeymooners, solo backpacker, groups of friends, or colleagues, choose a package that suits your style and budget. After checking-in, you will immediately feel genuine Hawaiian hospitality with a warm lei greeting, just like what ancient Hawaiians taught to the younger generation.
These packages include a luau – one of the best activities that you should never miss while on the island. You can feast on a wide array of eat-all-you-can cuisines, be entertained with traditional Polynesian music and dance, participate in traditional games and activities, and listen to beautiful stories about Hawaii and its neighboring islands. You can even witness an imu ceremony where they reveal the kalua pig from the underground oven called an imu. When you get to taste it, you will be surprised by its out of this world deliciousness!
One of the highlights of these luaus is a world-class show, featuring the culture and traditions of not only Hawaii but even other Polynesian nations like Samoa, New Zealand, and Tahiti. Watch their multi-talented dancers as they gracefully swing their hips to the lively beat of the drums that will awaken your senses. Most of these luaus allow you to see displays of authentic Hawaiian arts and crafts. You can even have a tattoo of your own – a temporary one, that is! If you are into dancing or come with your kids, let them learn how to hula.
You will also watch a performance of the most dangerous dance in Polynesia – the Samoan fire-knife dance. Make sure to hold onto the edge of your seats as the stage is literally set on fire while the dancers display many acrobatic tricks using a burning, sharp blade at a breathtaking speed.
Of course, you can also look around the jaw-dropping property, where you can catch a glimpse of a traditional Hawaiian village. If you feel like canoeing, have a canoe ride through the park and across a stunning lagoon. With Polynesian Cultural Center’s packages, you can never do less!
