Check-in at least 45 minutes before 5:30 pm at the Pacific Whale Foundation’s Ocean Store located in the Harbor Shops Courtyard. There is a free parking lot at the Maʻalaea Harbor Shops, fronting Maui Ocean Center. Here’s a tip for you: arrive earlier if you want to sit at the front upper deck.
Climb aboard the double-decker vessel, where the friendly staff greets and welcomes you with Aloha. As you can see, the boat is full and spacious, that allows plenty of comfortable seating. Find your spot and listen to a short safety briefing before heading out to the shore. Never waste any minute watching at the beautiful sight around you. Some people love to document it through video recording and/or capturing photos on their phone cameras. You may also order drinks at this time. Remember that you have three complimentary alcoholic beverages so you can consume those. Otherwise, there are other unlimited refreshments such as soda, juice, and filtered water.
